Student Exchange

Dear Students,

Unesa International Office opens opportunity for Unesa students to participate an exchange program to Unesa partner universities. The duration of this program depends on each university. Before apply please make sure that you know every condition in this program (duration program, scholarship, academic years, list of subjects). There are also important requirements you must know to apply for exchange program:

– Official Academic Transcript in English version

– Certificate of Enrollment (Surat Keterangan Mahasiswa Aktif Unesa dalam bahasa Inggris)

– Certificate of English Proficiency

– Passport

Please make sure that you should submit your passport to join study abroad program. Please make sure that your passport still valid at least 1 year. Unesa IO will not process your documents if you don't submit your passport. It's better to prepare this document from earlier.

– Learning Agreement

You must use this form to confirm regarding the courses that you will take for student exchange program.

To fill this form please check several information below :

Home university means Unesa & Host University means the proposed university.

Please fill the course that you would like to take it at Host University (that you would like to transfer and additional course such as language, presentation, or other general course). After that, please fill the course that can be transferred at Home University. Please make sure that you already discuss with your Head of Department & LO International at your Dept. regarding the course that can be transfer at your dept.  For the signature at Home University section, please fill the name of your Head of Department at Dept. Coordinator and please fill the name of Head of International Office at Institutional Coordinator section. Please leave it blank on Institutional Coordinator, when you submit your application at Unesa IO. Head of International Office will sign your learning agreement after finish all the internal selection process.
